Google Vids will now let you generate AI videos of yourself.
With a selfie and a voice clip, you can generate what Google calls “personal avatars” — a digital representation of you that can speak a script you type out. Vids got AI-generated avatars last year, but they were initially pre-made options.

TL;DR
- Google Vids can now generate "personal avatars" from a selfie and a voice clip.
- These avatars are digital representations that can speak typed scripts.
- Vids previously offered pre-made AI-generated avatars.
- The platform will also support generating and editing clips using natural language via the Gemini Omni model.
